Truckstop

The 1994 low-budget indie flick Half-Cocked follows a bunch of friends who steal a van containing the Guilloteens' equipment and attempt to become a band. They end up impressing real band Boondoggle with their chaotic show and touring from Louisville to Chattanooga to a Memphis gig with the (also real) Grifters. The band members (and other actors in the film) were played by musicians from the actual indie bands like Rodan, the Make-Up, Crain, and Ruby Falls.
