Orchestra appearing in the "Snooze You Lose" episode of long-running animated kids comedy SpongeBob SquarePants (first aired 4 Mar. 2017). Squidward Tentacles auditions for the ensemble before hijinks ensue.

J.K. Simmons voices the philharmonic's conductor, Maestro Mackerel, a parody of his character Terence Fletcher from Whiplash.
