Struggling would-be singer-songwriter in the "Devil Can't Write No Love Song" skit on 11/13/1999 episode. Fired and dumped by his girlfriend, Jenkins declares he'd sell his soul for a hit song. Lucifer (Will Ferrell) hears his anguish and makes a traditional deal with the devil with him. But Lucifer's songs, um, suck. So, the deal falls apart, and the devil just leaves.

Played by real singer Garth Brooks in a mullet.
