From the 1978 stage musical I'm Getting My Act Together and Taking It On The Road. It's Heather Jones's 39th birthday and she's rehearsing this, her new cabaret act, when her pal/manager Joe comes by.

Book and lyrics by Gretchen Cryer, who also played Heather Jones. Music by Nancy Ford. A soundtrack album was released in 1979 on CBS Records.

A 1980 article has the band's name as The Liberated Men's Band Plus Two.

Gretchen Cryer is the mother of actor Jon Cryer.
