Fictional folk singing duo from the fictional Slavic/Eastern European island nation of Bugravia, from a hoax done by tricksters Coyle and Sharpe. It was recorded live at the University of California, and released as "The Great Folk Singing Hoax" on their 1964 album The Insane (But Hilarious) Minds Of Coyle & Sharpe.

Noge and Palock also showed up on their 1995 On The Loose CD, performing a selection from the Bugravian operetta The Feast of Patience, which originally aired on their 1963-1965 KGO radio show. They are described as "Bugravia's top pop vocalists."

They sing in the made-up language of Bugravian.
