Schizopolis

Struggling Brooklyn rock band formed by hipster Gary Benchley in a series of columns written in character for "independent web ’zine" The Morning News, really by Paul Ford. Ford then turned the columns into the 2005 novel Gary Benchley, Rock Star. They put out a CD, Dancing With Architecture, on Original Syn Records. They break up by the novel's end.
