Three-nozzled bloozer
From Rocklopedia Fakebandica

Tuba-like brass wind instrument with three bells and no valves, from the 1956 Dr. Seuss children's book If I Ran the Circus.
It's played by a small, furry, large-footed creature called a Bolster.
Not to be confused with the One-nozzled noozer.
