Criminal and violinist from the "Deadly Vanilla and a Violin" story of comic book The Flame #2 (March 1955). He's a member of a gang who are robbing a bank with a vault that is unlocked with a melody. Once the gang acquires the secret melody, Muggsy is to play the tune to open the vault. The gang leader is Pete Allegro. Superhero The Flame stops them.
