The Spider-Slayers
Punk band fronted by Hobie Brown, aka Spider-Punk, aka "The Anarchic Spider-Man" in Marvel Comics' 2014-2015 mega crossover "Spider-Verse." In "With Great Power Comes No Future" (Spider-Verse #2, cover date March 2015), Brown is a homeless teen living in a dystopic American led by President Norman "Ozzy" Osborn, who is also the host of the Venom symbiote. A spider irradiated by Osborn's toxic waste bites Brown, giving him spider powers. He then uses a massive number of amps to defeat Osborn's forces before bashing him over the head with a guitar.
Later, in Web Warriors #7 (cover date July 2016), the band has a show interrupted by Spider-Ham and Ducktor Doom, animal versions of Spidey and Dr. Doom.
