Rising upstart Bostonian musician (Nicole Marie) in the 2015 indie film The Mayor of Rock & Roll. She's helped out by local musician Simon Saint (Brendan Boogie), who also wrote the film.
Her musician ex, Keith Dakota (Jordan Siegel) has made it big, and come back to town.
Nicole Marie is a real Boston musician (ORCHIDS, Doom Lover).
The film also features a number of other real Boston bands playing themselves.
