Fictional 18th century composer in the 1966 novel The Anti-Death League, by Kingsley Amis.

He composed a trio-sonata for flute, violin and piano, and the anthem "Lord, Protect Thou Thy Servants. The novel ends with a concert of his music. British army chaplain Willie Ayscue discovers the sonata manuscript in the library of Lady Lucy Hazell.
