Seymour Skinner

In the "Grampy Can Ya Hear Me?" episode of long-running animated sitcom The Simpsons (first aired 5 Nov. 2017), it's revealed that in high school, Skinner dreamed of being a drummer in the Ohio State marching band. Sadly, his aspirations were crushed by his mother. (This bit of backstory of course contradicts the ridiculous Armin Tamzarian plot element from the much-loathed "The Principal and the Pauper" episode, which is a good thing.)

In an earlier, more beloved episode, Skinner was one of The Be Sharps.
