From the film The Big Bus (1976). Cheesy lounge singer (is there any other kind?) playing on the maiden voyage of Cyclops, the world's first luxury nuclear-powered bus, in this disaster movie parody. Played by Murphy Dunne, who was also in The Blues Brothers and was the Murph in Murph and the Magic Tones.
