Singer who performs the Bond theme classic "Goldfinger" at the Danny the Street Perpetual Cabaret in The Doom Patrol volume 2, number 46 (Aug. 1991). Washington (then going by Louis) had appeared earlier in the run as a military guard, but seems much happier in this incarnation.
