Self proclaimed "Great master of physics" from the Quality comic book Police Comics #11 (September 1942). He has created a flute able to make buildings collapse when played. Superhero the Human Bomb tries to stop him, but Schtrugmeyer catches him in a pit coated with rubber cement. Then it turns out Schtrugmeyer is apatriotic American and wants to use his weapon against the Axis, and was just testing it. When asked why he was testing it on Washington, D.C. Schtrugmeyer answers "I'm a died [sic] in the wool republican!"
