Orchestra conducted by the tempermental Dr. Raketovsky in Plastic Man #8 (Summer 1947). Rich orchestra board member Lucius Dingwithers clashes with Raketovsky. Both Dingwithers' father and grandfather were chairmen of the Loudharmonic, giving it a long past history.
