Jump to navigationJump to searchParody of real rap group Salt 'n' Pepa in the 1993 rapumentary Fear of a Black Hat (some called it Spinal Rap). They dismissively refer to real group Salt 'n' Pepa in the film: "They common spices."
They're named after the 1966 Simon & Garfunkel album, which takes it's title from a line in the old folk song "Scarborough Fair," which is on the album.
