From the TV cartoon Sealab 2021 (11/23/03). Ocean Bottom Nightmare Band, The -- Band of animatronic weasels that has won the undersea Battle of the Groups for the past 10 years. Unfortunately, their 11th try for the gold (using the song "Fishin' Hole, stolen from the Mahatmamas) during the "Splitsville" episode (11/23/03) of Sealab 2021 was interrupted by a three-way girl fight and a Sealab explosion. The name is a spoof on "River Bottom Nightmare Band," the song sung by The Nightmare in the muppet special, Emmet Otter's Jug-Band Christmas. See also The Mahatmamas, The Nightmare
