Former frontman of '80s hair metal band Black Plague and an ancillary character in the "Abuse" episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (first aired 26 Jan. 2001). How ancillary? IMDB doesn't even list the actor, even though he's in a few minutes of a court scene. Anyway, Black is married to country singer Ricki Austin, and they neglect their kids.

Fun fake band connection: One of the kids that Austin and Black neglect is played by Hayden Panettiere. Eleven years later she began starring as country singer Juliette Barnes in Nashville.
