Double bass-playing mouse from the 2006 children's picture book Mingus Mouse Plays Christmastime Jazz by Andy Blackman Hurwitz, who was head of A&R for Columbia Jazz, and managed the Knitting Factory jazz club. Illustrated by Andrew Cunningham.

A nod to real musician Charlie Mingus.

From the Price Stern Sloan "Baby Loves Jazz" series of books and CDs.
