Cherry Malotte

This character is from the 1906 novel The Spoilers by Rex E. Beach. About illegal claim jumping in the Nome Gold Rush, it has been turned into a film five times.

Marlene Dietrich's 1942 version sings, but do the others? Cherry is not a singer in the novel.
