Opera singer of the "it ain't over till the fat lady sings" variety, from the Skinny McGinty story of comic book Airboy Comics vol. 3, no. 1 (Feb 1946). Written and drawn by Tony DiPreta.

Mayor McGinty of Hamtown needs some entertainment for the donut-makers convention, but she ain't it.
