Bo Bylan

Folk singer and songwriter whose song is used by a different band, evil rock duo Mr. Mod and his Bird, who put in subliminal messages to control the minds of their youth audience at a live concert and send it to attack a "peace ministers' meeting."

From Dell Comics' short-lived series, Superheroes #4 (May 1967), and an obvious reference to Bob Dylan.
