The Skulls

Bad guy band from the episode Glitter and Gold (15 Mar. 1987)of the animated series Jem.

They have shaved heads with skulls tattooed on them. Eric bribes them with a record deal to sabotage delivery of Jem's latest album Glitter 'n Gold so his band The Misfits can win a sales contest.
