Myra La Rue

Big-headed club singer kicked to the curb in the "Price Tag on Love" story in romance comic book Complete Love Magazine vol. 29, no. 3 (#171, July 1953). Her boyfriend Kip White owns the club where she performed. They have a big fight, and Myra thinks Kip will come crawling back since she's the star of his show. Determined to get even, Kip instead pulls employee Leila from the kitchen, and puts her onstage, tailoring a new act for her.
