Sonora Franky Meet Corliss Archer.png

Popular Frank Sinatra clone from the "Double Trouble" story of comic book Meet Corliss Archer #2 (May 1948).

Teen Corliss Archer, newly elected school newspaper editor, encourages the school to hire Sonora to perform at the annual dance to raise money for the new gym. But when his fee is $2500, the parents hit the roof. After many shenanigans and goings on he shows up anyway, and when he finds out they can't afford him, he generously donates his fee to the new gym.

He sings "Night and Day."
