Bummer, the Little Dutch Drummer of Old New York, from Hillman comic book Punch and Judy Comics from v3 #3 and v3 #4, Jun 1951 and Jul 1951.

Two historical fiction-based stories feature this cowardly comic-relief bumbler who accidentally helps the Dutch take Fort Trinity back from the Swedes in 1654.
