From the song "The Moonlight Special" by Ray Stevens from his 1974 album Boogity Boogity. Ray retreads his "The Rock and Roll Show" idea, with a parody of music television series The Midnight Special (1972-1981) and its host, DJ Wolfman Jack.

In this parody, Wolfman parody Sheepdog introduces Mildred Queen and the Dipsticks, Agnes Stoopa and His Chickens, and Jerry Joe Harry Lee Jimmy Billy.

This act, "the king of piano rockers" is a parody of real musician Jerry Lee Lewis, at one point playing the piano with his teeth.

Perhaps he's related to similarly named Ray Stevens creation Tommy Jimmy.
