World famous female pop star/singer/songwriter from the 2012 animated direct-to-video film Barbie: The Princess and the Popstar. In the film, popular Mattel doll Barbie "plays" Princess Tori of Meribella, who'd rather sing than do whatever useless things it is that princesses do. She meets Keira, who's there to sing at Meribella's 500th anniversary celebration. Keira wants to be a princess, and the two switch places for awhile.

Keira's speaking voice was Ashleigh Ball, her singing voice was Tiffany Giardina.
