Some sort of powerful galactic musical alien supervillain who first appears in the 1984 comic book Infinity Inc. #14 in the story "Chaos in the Key of...Chroma." He has a terrible rainbow costume and interrupts a rock concert by The Stone Dead to sing an apocalyptic song that supernaturally captivates the Earth. Then he says he'll be back with a new song in a million years. He/she/it must have a hell of a touring schedule.
