Rising new opera singer from South America in The Hangman story of MLJ comic book Pep Comics #32 (October 1942). He's starring in the new South American opera The Swamp when he's attacked onstage by The Bullfrog. The Bullfrog is really former opera star The Great Pagini, who has turned into a violent alcoholic. He attacks Lesco because the press called him "better than Pagini." The Hangman saves the day.
