In Monty Python's final and greatest sketch film, Monty Python's The Meaning of Life (1983), Eric Idle portrays this terribly, terribly witty pianist with the slicked-back hair at the ritzy restaurant. He sings "The Not Noel Coward Song," which is all about penises. So despite what you might think, he is clearly not Noel Coward.

He is one of two "not" artists in the movie, the other being Not Tony Bennett.
