Singer of the Bob Dylan parody "The Protest Song" on the sketch comedy television series Rutland Weekend Television in the "Rutland Weekend Whistle Test" episode (06/02/1975).

Written and performed by Neil Innes of The Rutles.

The song was redone on the 1976 album Monty Python Live at City Center album, but the singer's name was changed to Raymond Scum.
