The Free-Form Jazz Band appeared in three episodes of animated television series Phineas and Ferb. Consisting of:
- Linda Flynn-Fletcher
- Vivian Garcia-Shapiro
- Mrs. Johnson
They played at "Squat and Stitch" at the local Googolplex Mall. In their second appearance, they were joined by Candace Flynn performing "E.V.I.L. B.O.Y.S.". They recorded one album, Live at the Squat and Stitch.
Despite their name, they usually don't play Free, but rather Cool Jazz.
The Free-Form Jazz Band first appeared February 6, 2008 in the episode "Raging Bully". Their second appearance with Candace Flynn was in season 1 episode "Jerk Du Soleil", the third in season 2 episode 38 "Just Passing Through".
