The Doctor Bellows Funk Machine

Band that only appears on a computer list in the 1990 film The Adventures of Ford Fairlane. Their record label head Julian Grendel (Wayne Newton) is secretly bootlegging his own artists and pocketing the profits. Detective Ford Fairlane (Andrew Dice Clay) stumbles onto his scheme.

Dr. Alfred Bellows (Hayden Rorke) was a regular character on the classic sitcom I Dream of Jeannie, and the least likely person to enjoy, or play, funk.
