Bane Rena Love Diary.png

Sophisticated nightclub singer in a nameless big city from the "Words, Music and Love" story in romance comic book Love Diary #38 (July 1965).

"...one of the top nightclub singers around..." she's also the former girlfriend of successful songwriter Rex Engels and still on friendly terms with him. A chance run-in has her pressuring Engels for some new songs. He agrees, dragging his collaborator and new love Karen Truder into it. But when Rex starts spending time with Rena to go over the songs, Karen thinks she's lost Rex to her.
