Violin-playing supervillain and nemesis of superhero The Flash. The Fiddler first appeared in comic book All Flash Comics #32 (Dec. 1947/Jan. 1948) . His real name is Isaac Bowin. He learned a secret art of playing music capable of hypnotizing people growing up a street thief in India. Moving to Keystone City, he constructed high-tech violins able to unleash sonic force waves and force fields. And also a custom violin-shaped car, cause, hey, go big or go home.
One of his high tech violins ended up in the hands of a new supervillain, Virtuoso.
