Violin-wielding musical supervillain from the "Fountain of Terror/Fiddler on the Loose" episode (6 Jan. 1968) of animated TV series Spider-Man. His real name is Otto, and he played second violin in the symphony orchestra.
He attacks popular rock group The Squawkers.
