Composer of TV theme songs from the 1989 sci-fi comedy Martians Go Home. He has the bad luck of accidentally composing a tune that summons millions of sarcastic, smart-alecky Martians to planet Earth who can teleport, read minds, and heckle everybody like the stand-up comedians they are played by.
The film is based on Frederic Brown's 1955 novel of the same name, but in the book, the main character is a science fiction author named Luke Devereaux, and not a composer.
