Singer/guitarist and main character from the movie Purple Rain (1984). While the story is based around this fictional character, played by Prince, the movie showcases actual musicians and bands such as Morris Day & The Time, Apollonia 6 and Prince's group The Revolution.
The Kid returned in the follow-up to Purple Rain, Graffiti Bridge (1990).
