Egg Yolk is a band mentioned in Canadian-American author Gordon Korman's 1983 teen novel Bugs Potter: LIVE at Nickaninny.
Their songs include:
- Sunny Side Up
Their albums include:
- Boiled to Perfection
Bugs was daydreaming. He was in the front row at the big Egg Yolk concert. The lights were out and the audience was at fever pitch. Suddenly the searchlights illuminated a gigantic egg on the stage. With a tremendous explosion, the egg cracked open along a jagged line, spilling out dense yellow mist and revealing the four members of the group poised at their instruments. Immediately they swung into their number-one hit, "Sunny Side Up", from the Boiled to Perfection album.
