Singer at the Jade Peacock in Hong Kong, introduced in Marvel Comics series Master of Kung Fu #38 (March 1976). But really she's a British counter-agent working undercover with Chinese spy "the Cat" (real name Shen Kuei) in Hong Kong.

Sir Denis Nayland Smith of MI-6 became aware that her cover was nearly blown, and sent Shang-Chi to rescue her, but Juliette refused to return to London, having fallen in love with the Cat.
