Neil Innes' 1930s tie and tails character from his BBC series The Innes Book of Records. His name comes from the fact that he his look was nicked from Joel Grey's character in the film Cabaret.
Innes also contributed to Rutland Weekend Television and Monty Python's Flying Circus
