Regularly appearing radio disc jockey in the downright wacky 1970 Sid and Marty Krofft TV show The Bugaloos. He's on radio station KOOK in Rock City. His sidekick is Mike, his smart-aleck talking microphone. He was frequently at loggerheads with untalented wannabe singer Benita Bizarre, who even resorted to kidnapping him in the "Benita's Double Trouble" episode.

He was voiced by Walker Edminston. His name is based on longtime Los Angeles D.J. Peter Potter.
