Rock band from the "Everything You Need to Form Your Own Rock Group and Make Millions of Dollars Even Though You Have No Musical Ability Whatsoever" feature of satire mag Crazy #70 (January 1981).
The sheet music for their very, very repetitive song "Last Night's Carpet" is given.
The name is a portmanteau of real group The Marshall Tucker Band and Yugoslavian communist dictator Marshal Tito (1892-1980).
