A San Francisco-based saxophonist (real name: John Domingo) who was struck by lightning while riding a cable car. The accident gave him the ability to telepathically detect evil thoughts and robbed him of the ability to sleep. So, as you do, he donned a super suit and became the superhero Night Man, whose exploits were chronicled in a Malibu Comics series (1993-1995) and a TV series (1997-1999). Matt McColm played him in the show.
