Self proclaimed "Great master of physics" from the Quality comic book Police Comics #11 (September 1942). He has created a flute able to make buildings collapse when played. Superhero the Human Bomb tries to stop him, but Schtrugmeyer catches him in a pit coated with his one weakness, rubber cement. Then it turns out Schtrugmeyer is a patriotic American and wants to use his weapon against the Axis, and was just testing it. When asked why he was testing it on Washington, D.C. Schtrugmeyer answers "I'm a died [sic] in the wool republican!"
Written and illustrated by Paul Carroll.
