Nosy journalist Jane L. (Kirstie Alley) breaks into Billy's estate to find out the truth- which is that Billy (Frank C. Turner) is a brain-dead freakshow exhibit, and that his handlers REALLY don't like nosy journalists. Trivia Time! Andy Summers of real band The Police composed the music, and also had a role as Hodie the photographer.
