A "musical urchin" from Berlin who has a self-playing mandolin that can also walk. From Dr. Seuss' 1979 children's book of tongue twisters, Oh Say Can You Say?. It seems to be an invention of hers, or a family member, as it is referred to as a "Schwinn mandolin."
