Only-glimpsed symphony orchestra conductor from the "Death's Screaming Symphony" story of comic book Green Hornet Comics #28 (January 1946). After killing Yasha Bartok, and almost killing Bruno Paraguay, villain The Note tries to kill this conductor at the Music Hall while he's conducting a "gay and colorful circus ballet ... in wild, abandoned progress!" Hero the Green Hornet rushes over and defeats The Note, saving Stravinsky.
His name is a combination of conductor Leopold Stokowski (1882–1977) and composer/conductor Igor Stravinsky (1882–1971).
